Nick has dedicated his life to gymnastics, coaching since the age of 15 and working in both personal and national coaching roles with Team GB, as well as GBR’s World, European and Olympic Medallist, Amy Tinkler.

In 2015, Nick launched Nick Ruddock Gymnastics, and over the years he’s consulted and advised 24 international gymnastics federations, including Japan, Germany, Brazil, France, Romania and the Netherlands, as well as providing keynote addresses, technical support and education services to European Gymnastics.

In addition to his private consultancy work, Nick has educated thousands of coaches worldwide through his live events, online and offline coaching programmes, courses and podcast.
